Sedona, AZ in the Fall
I just took a trip up to Sedona, AZ. It was So beautiful up there. The temperature is absolutely perfect this time of year! The red rocks just draw you in. As you enter town you see different rock formation everywhere you turn. Each rock has its own name and story. I got to learn about more about the natives of the land long ago and some interesting facts about some of the frontiers that really made this town a town.
I love all the little, Unique shops that you can explore. You never know what kinds of things you might run into. I love to pick up home-made candies and other edible items you don't run across everyday. I am really into food if you cannot tell. I also enjoy the fantastic art and the various metaphysical shops that are there. I have heard that they have vortex tours. I think that could be interesting. I plan on trying to make some time for that later this month.
The leaves should be changing up in the northern part of the state so I am going to have to go up for that. Sedona is such a great place to go to relax, find balance in your life and get pampered - massages, wraps, spas.... I cannot wait to take another reprieve! Sedona and Northern Arizona, her I come!
Stayed tuned for more adventures!

I loved Sedona and I really miss it this time of year! Thanks for the wonderful photo….
When Ilived in Phoenix, we would hop in the car with a couple of the dogs and take a drive to Sedona, climb through the red rocks, commune with nature and then have lunch at the airport – really it's the best little restaurant in the area and it's reasonably priced!!!! then we'd head home as the sun ws setting.
The area seemed magical in the sense that it made you feel revived and alive and in touch with the bigger picture.
Again thanks for the note – it brought back great memories!!!
Glad that you enjoyed your trip, Rachel. I've never been to Sedona, but after reading your blog, I'd really like to go there. Did you take any photos that you could share?
Thank you for a peek into your wonderful Sedona adventure! Would love to visit and experience it one day! Hugs, Rachel!
